The shopping party is just a start, let us consider it as a re-launch of Multply.com, not just a social networking site, but also a shopping hub for everyone and with a new frontpage and new features on the site. The event is not just for shoppers but it is also for sellers, did you know that they are offering a zero transaction fee when you use the online store, shopping cart and buyer protection services of Multiply. I know that their founder and CEO Peter Pezaris are planning do embed some cool features in the future and experience shopping via mobile maybe next year ( I met Peter last August during their office blessings) . Congrats to Multiply.com for organizing this and giving support to all buyers and sellers.
The Whitespace venue was full of fashionistas, bloggers, photographers, (and also waiters), there's a line of booths on the both sides featuring the items of participating merchants of Multiply for the shopping party. At the middle of the floor, there's a long runaway and it shows that there will be a fashion show in some segments of the program. I like the giant screen and lcd monitors on the side and top of the booths, we saw our names flashing on the screen when we won a raffle goodies from the event sponsors. Bianca Valerio is the host of the event, and its my 1st time to see her in the flesh with a blonde hair, last time I saw her was last year in a car event and she had black short hair that time, her blonde hair added more glow to her and all audience of the event focuses to her.
It was funny that I forgot to remove that polarizer filter on my camera lens, and I brought it with me and didn't know that the filter is mounted on my lens, I have no choice but to shoot and set my flash to max level, sorry for the dark image and blurry pics.
I entered the venue after I registered, the venue is jam packed already at around 730pm
